  • Wow - Happy Hump Day To All

You all have given such awesome and honest responses! I will have to come up with other related topics. Thank you!

This may seem inappropriate so I have rated myself.

I just had to share though! A few minutes ago I had a mind blowing orgasm, actually 2, that has left me shaking from head to toe. Wow! And I did it all by myself which I love to do on occasion. Being in total control of my own body is exciting. Yes I would rather have a partner, but he is working and I got the urge. Funny too cause we had mind blowing sex 3 times in the last 36 hours. They say the more ya have it the more ya want it. For me this is very true... especially as I get older. Sex is just so much better than when I was in my teens and 20's - not that it sucked even then!

Do you find you crave sexual release more and more as you get older?

  • What a Great Weekend... It Ended Weird Though...

Easter weekend was fun, busy, full of activities and even a friends wedding. So this is mostly a pictorial post! Enjoy!

My oldest daughter came home from college with my new furry grandchild Maggie - she is 9 weeks old.

My son was instantly in love!

    Playing with toys!

Maddi wanted her toys for herself. Imagine that...

    Awwww... she looks guilty huh?

    Sisters sharing the puppy!

    Sisters being silly!

    Maggie was getting wore out!

    Mommy and Baby

Our beautiful Easter eggs made by J's girls and Maddi (I helped a little)

Time for the Easter egg hunt at J's moms!

    Found some!

    What's inside?

    My handsome son!

These are pics of the church where the wedding was - sorry no pics of the bride and groom - I do not post without permission.

Now... the thing that made my weekend end on a weird note... My oldest daughter calling me last night and telling me she is now engaged. Her boyfriend of a year and a half proposed. Am I happy for her? Yes, but it shook me up pretty good even though her fiance had told me it was coming - had in fact told me over the weekend the ring had been purchased. He also told me he was going to propose in Orlando in May while they were on vacation. Oh well. I think they are to young but I will keep that thought to myself. Hopefully they will at least wait until they graduate college... sigh... but I doubt it. Pray for them.

Her fiance (weird) proposed in a fun and romantic way. He had Ashley go out and buy some plastic Easter eggs. Told her that his family plays a game at the dinner table every year - a riddle game. All the clues are inside the eggs and each person gets one. First one to figure out the riddle wins. She thought it sounded like fun. So at dinner that night each person opened their egg and read their clue. Ashley was getting very confused as none of them made sense. When it was her turn she reached for her egg, opened it up, and inside was a engagement ring with a note that said "I love you - will you marry me?" Her jaw fell open. She had no idea what to say. She did say yes though and felt silly crying in front of his whole family. I was the first person she called .

I really wish I could have been there, but she did not leave out any detail. For some reason when I went to bed last night I started crying. It went on and on. J thought he had done something and perhaps that was partially true.  After going to a wedding and then hearing of my daughters engagement and the fact that J and I have been together over 2 years made me wonder why he has never asked me that big question. I felt seriously deflated. Selfish I know. I told J it was not him but Ashley I was thinking about. I think he knew though why I was sad. He wrapped around me and surrounded me with love which did calm me down.

My other bigger feelings were the thought of my baby, that I had so young, getting married. She has been my constant companion in my adult life. I know I have never been very stable in my relationships and have put her (and my other kids) through so much. But always I was there for them. Letting her go like that is going to be hard but I think the stability he offers is something she just can not resist. Quite frankly I don't blame her. All I want is for her to be happy. I hope he makes her happy always and vice versa.

So here is almost 2 carats of her happiness - lol.
  • Happy 1st Day of Spring!

It's a full moon, 70 degrees, and the 1st day of spring! I don't know what you guys are thinking, but I want to be outside with my man finding a cozy spot to enjoy the sunshine. Really enjoy the sunshine! Perhaps start working on my tan... However, he is climbing trees today and earning some $$$ so I will have to wait for another opportunity.

Last night he came into the bedroom around 11 and said "Will you go for a walk with me?" It was so sweet the way he asked. I hesitated until he was throwing clothes at me. I was already in bed for the night. We went for a lovely walk through our townhouse community and fed the swans. A little moon watching was also in the cards. It was very romantic. After returning home he rubbed my back until I drifted away.

Around 2am he woke me up for a little late night/early morning loving. Can a girl ask for a better night? I don't think so.

    Like my new Easter theme?

  • New Theme For St Patty's Day!

Thought this might be fun. My daughter helped a little bit with the pictures and we had fun changing our hair color (thank you photoshop). Hope everyone is having a great week.

Remember to wear green Monday or I will hunt you down and pinch you!!!

ABOUT ST. PATRICKS DAY (click here for link to site I stole this from)
    Saint
Patrick is believed to have been born in the late fourth century,
and is often confused with Palladius, a bishop who was sent
by Pope Celestine in 431 to be the first bishop to the Irish
    believers in Christ.

Saint Patrick was the patron saint and national apostle of Ireland
who is credited with bringing christianity to Ireland. Most
of what is known about him comes from his two works, the Confessio,
a spiritual autobiography, and his Epistola, a denunciation
of British mistreatment of Irish christians. Saint Patrick described
himself as a "most humble-minded man, pouring forth a continuous
paean of thanks to his Maker for having chosen him as the instrument
whereby multitudes who had worshipped idols and unclean things
had become the people of God."

Saint Patrick is most known for driving the snakes from Ireland.
It is true there are no snakes in Ireland, but there probably
never have been - the island was separated from the rest of
the continent at the end of the Ice Age. As in many old pagan
religions, serpent symbols were common and often worshipped.
Driving the snakes from Ireland was probably symbolic of putting
an end to that pagan practice. While not the first to bring
christianity to Ireland, it is Patrick who is said to have encountered
the Druids at Tara and abolished their pagan rites. The story
holds that he converted the warrior chiefs and princes, baptizing
them and thousands of their subjects in the "Holy Wells" that still bear this name.

    There
are several accounts of Saint Patrick's death. One says that
Patrick died at Saul, Downpatrick, Ireland, on March 17, 460
A.D. His jawbone was preserved in a silver shrine and was often
requested in times of childbirth, epileptic fits, and as a preservative
against the "evil eye." Another account says that
St. Patrick ended his days at Glastonbury, England and was buried
there. The Chapel of St. Patrick still exists as part of Glastonbury
Abbey. Today, many Catholic places of worship all around the
world are named after St. Patrick, including cathedrals in New
    York and Dublin city

    Why Saint Patrick's Day?
Saint Patrick's Day has come to be associated with everything
Irish: anything green and gold, shamrocks and luck. Most importantly,
to those who celebrate its intended meaning, St. Patrick's Day
is a traditional day for spiritual renewal and offering prayers
    for missionaries worldwide.

So, why is it celebrated on March 17th? One theory is that that
is the day that St. Patrick died. Since the holiday began in
Ireland, it is believed that as the Irish spread out around
the world, they took with them their history and celebrations.
The biggest observance of all is, of course, in Ireland. With
the exception of restaurants and pubs, almost all businesses
close on March 17th. Being a religious holiday as well, many
Irish attend mass, where March 17th is the traditional day for
offering prayers for missionaries worldwide before the serious
    celebrating begins.

In American cities with a large Irish population, St. Patrick's
Day is a very big deal. Big cities and small towns alike celebrate
with parades, "wearing of the green," music and songs,
Irish food and drink, and activities for kids such as crafts,
coloring and games. Some communities even go so far as to dye
    rivers or streams green!

Advice for the day: NEVER eat Kashi cereal before going to bed as a late night snack! Although it is very healthful it also causes huge amounts of gas that you may not want to share with your bed partner. Or even if you are alone. I think I blew J out of bed once and I almost hit the ceiling when I was laying on my back. Never had this happen when I have it for breakfast - go figure. Trust me on this - it's dangerous! And it is still bothering my digestive tract. As well as my other senses... Its a one cheek lifted in my chair kinda morning peeps. PU.

  • What's your favorite movie? Why?

For some reason the first movie that popped into my head was "Pretty Woman". Most everyone has seen this at least one time, but I never fail to watch it if I am channel surfing and come across it. I have easily seen it over 20 times and still love it. Why? I think because I love the whole Cinderella concept (being a hopeless romantic myself) and love the idea of the not-so-helpless-yet down-trodden-girl being swept off her feet by the handsome billionaire and not giving a rats ass about his money, but that he truely wants her for who she is. Really sees her! Even though she has a less than perfect past. What woman... correction... what person does not want to find love like that?

I just answered this Featured Question, you can answer it too!
